the rooms of the hotel were well-appointed with king size bed. venue's location was quiet and good, to a beautiful beachfront. had lunch/dinner at caji square, which i found not very far from the hotel.
Some people working there were very very bad.

Bad reception. Bad service with regards to maintenance. Level of service by maintenance staff is bad. The lady staffs other than the receptionist are excellent.
Kitchen staffs are good. Housekeeping is good.
The receptionist was nice but her daughter was sleeping in the reception sofa with both her legs on the sofa with her shoes on. We were standing for checkin but the customer service aspect was not in her. She was looking into her daughter’s comfort than customers. Maybe she owns the place I am not sure, but it’s not professionalism. Or Probably she is too old in the system and feels invincible. The receptionist guy at night was smoking in reception area though he had courtesy to hide his hand as he saw me. The power went off at night the generator was on but the power in my room was not on. The telephone was not working. I started calling the reception from balcony after 5 min but he did could not hear me. Someone called his mobile and he responded and the sleepy head comes out of his den. After him attending the AC was still not working and the fan was running very slow as a low voltage. He started arguing that this is normal it will be ok later. After sometime of argument he realised something and went down and set it right. The food was bad. The omelet was good. Bad tea bad coffee. Overall bad experience.

Fairy tale couple dance. Eclectic variety of places to eat. Veg restaurant in Colva area. Ideal romantic getaway with water sports.

I recently had a fabulous stay at a hotel that surpassed all my expectations. the value for money was unbeatable. With reasonable prices and excellent amenities, I couldn't have asked for more. The attention to detail in both the interior and exterior design was remarkable, creating a beautiful and vibrant setting. Additionally, the location was perfect - away from the noisy railway line and very close to the airport, making it extremely convenient for traveling. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, complete with a kitchen and a comfortable king-size bed. And let's not forget about the breakfast - absolutely delicious!
There was nothing that I didn't like about my stay at this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the airport in Goa. The location was perfect for me as I had an early flight to catch. It was so convenient to be just a short distance away, making my travel experience hassle-free. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms with a large kitchen. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, which was a great way to start my day. Another perk was the proximity to Arossim beach, allowing me to enjoy some relaxing beach time just a short walk away. the hotel provided excellent value for money and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
In terms of improvement, I found that the hotel could have had more options for dining. While it was nice to have the convenience of in-room dining, I felt that the prices were a bit high.

Extremely helpful, accommodating reception in morning, went extra mile at night, led with utmost hospitality at restaurant with smiling crew member. Top-notch cleanliness, understood and fulfilled requests. Silent beach 1km away, good, clean pool. All staff pleasant and helpful, especially new member who went above and beyond to find car rental. Useful in-room kitchen with spacious superior rooms.
